Send the store address and what you expected to see. Wrong numbers are the most useful thing you can report: they usually point at a store shaped in a way the model handles badly, and that is fixable.

Some stores cannot be read from outside, usually because they sit behind bot protection. Tell us which one and we will say whether it is that or something we can fix.

Include the email address on the account. Nothing else is needed, and please do not send card details: we never ask for them, and we could not use them if you did.

Requests to see or delete what is held about you go to the same place. The privacy page explains what there is to see, which is less than most people expect.
