Terms of service

Access to the tools on the site, free for a limited number of searches and beyond that against credits. Some data is free to everyone and some sits behind credits or a plan; each page says which before you spend anything.

Traffic and revenue figures are modelled from public signals. They are not audited accounts, they are not from the merchant, and they will sometimes be wrong. Do not use them as the sole basis for buying a business, valuing one, or any other decision you cannot afford to get wrong.

Catalogue counts, prices, detected apps and detected themes are read from the storefront and are as accurate as what the shop publishes at the moment of reading.

Credits are consumed when they unlock something, and unlocking the same store again does not charge again. They have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

If a charge happens for data that turns out to be missing or wrong, tell us and it is put right. That is a commitment, and it is easier for everyone than arguing about it.

Automated scraping of this site, sharing one account across an organisation, or reselling the output as your own product are all outside what the plans cover. Rate limits exist and are enforced.

The site depends on services outside our control, including the storefronts being read. It is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uptime or of coverage for any particular store.

These terms can change. The effective date at the top says when the current wording took effect, and material changes are announced on the site rather than applied quietly.
